missingWrote a review on 23 Decplumbing issues
The plumbing issues resulted in needing to change rooms, and the unpleasant sewer smell forced us to keep fans running and doors closed. The pool wasn't properly maintained, with dirt on the bottom and tiles falling off, while the grounds could use some care. They felt quite unkempt overall.

what a disappointment, i almost gave a good review but just couldn't. the views are nothing like the photos, and expect no air conditioning in supposedly 'superior' rooms. breakfast was a joke—stale cereal and wasp-infested pastries. i also expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences but got nada.

Couple looking for a Tuscan retreat
The hosts were cute! They were smiling and helped us with everything we needed. Our room had a fantastic terrace where we enjoyed the romantic sunsets every evening with a glass of wine, it was lovely.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly worth every penny.

missingWrote a review on 15 Julpanoramic viewsfriendly stafflimited breakfast optionspoor maintenancecommunication issues
The location offers incredible panoramic views, making each moment truly special. The iced coffee served at breakfast was a delightful treat, and the friendly staff did their best to make us feel welcome. However, the breakfast options were limited, and we encountered some miscommunication regarding dietary accommodations. The pool area, while beautiful, lacked some maintenance, and access to essential items could have been improved. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere was relaxing and charming.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the stunning sunset while dining on delicious Tuscan food, and the peaceful vibe by the pool made for a perfect relaxing getaway! There were plenty of cozy spots to chill in the garden and even take a dip in the pool. The only hiccup was that the shower could use some maintenance, but it didn’t stop us from loving our stay! 😊
